Ayurveda has broad spectrum of preventing measures for combating the ageing process. Geriatrics or Jarachikitsa or Rasayana in Ayurveda is a unique therapeutic methodology to delay ageing and to minimize the intensity of problems occuring this degenerative phase of one's life.
